Hail Damage Repair in Jacksonville, FL
After a hail storm, panels can collect dozens of small dings. When the paint is intact, paintless dent repair is often the way those dents are removed without repainting the vehicle.
Document the damage after a storm
As soon as it is safe, photograph the affected panels in daylight: wide shots of each panel and close-ups of the worst areas. Those photos are the starting point for any estimate, ours or your insurer's.
Many owners file a claim under comprehensive coverage. Coverage decisions are between you and your insurer; we document the damage and provide an estimate you can share with them.
Why PDR is often used for hail
Hail dents are usually shallow impressions in otherwise intact paint, a good match for paintless dent repair. Because no filler or repaint is involved, the factory finish stays on the vehicle.
Each dent still has to be located and worked individually, so the size of the job depends on how many panels are affected.
What we look at before booking
We assess the size and depth of the dents, the condition of the paint, and whether the panels can be accessed for tool work. Not every storm produces damage that qualifies for PDR.
If part or all of the damage is outside PDR, we will explain that after reviewing your photos, before any visit is scheduled.
